Appointment Policy

We are sharing the appointment policy for your reference.
Request you to kindly go through the same.

1. Payment of the session fees need to be paid within 24 hrs of your slot selection to confirm the session with the counsellor.
2. For session cancellation/rescheduling, a full refund will be provided, only if the cancellation or rescheduling is done 4 hours prior to the session. Any cancellations/rescheduling made thereafter will be partially (50%) refunded.
3. Uninformed cancellations will not be refunded.
