Advance Research Methodology Certificate Course

Advance Research Methodology Certificate Course

From 18th of November 2024 to 6th of December 2024, (Monday and Friday) Time: 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm Mode : Online/Offline

Course Outcomes:

1. Participants will be able to do different types of Multiple correlation & Regression Analysis. 2. Participants will be able to carry out research using mediation and moderation models. 3. Participants will be able to perform One-way ANOVA, Two-way ANOVA and MANOVA using SPSS. 4. Participants will able be to perform ANCOVA for intervention study. 5. Participants will able be to perform Gain scores with ANOVA for intervention study.

Theory:-  Theory: Multiple regression analysis is necessary when there are more than two variables in correlational study. At time Mediation and Moderation Model become necessary in the correlational study. When we have more than two independent groups or more than one independent variable appropriate statistic should be used. Therefore, it is necessary that participants get guidance related to these higher-level statistics. Therefore, at this level the participants will be getting the guidance in-

  • Understanding the difference between multiple correlations and different types of regression analysis.

  • When to use different types of multiple regression analysis.

  • Knowing the mediation and moderation model.

  • Understanding what is Analysis of Variance.

  • Understanding Ancova and Anova with gain scores.

Practical-: Every participant will have hands on experience performing all these higher levels of statistic using SPSS. The participants will know-

  • How to code the data for multiple regression, mediation, moderation, One-way ANOVA, Two- way ANOVA, MANOVA, ANCOVA and ANOVA with Gain scores in SPSS.
  • How to perform different types of multiple regression analysis using SPSS.
  • How to do mediation and moderation using SPSS.
  • How to perform One way ANOVA, Two-way ANOVA and MANOVA using SPSS.
  • How to perform ANCOVA which is a robust statistic for intervention studies.
  • How to perform gain scores with ANOVA for intervention studies when certain assumptions are not fulfilled.
